Real-Time Separator
(RTS)
Simple, effective real-time two-phase flow separation gives producers a new choice in liquid/gas/air separation. Unlike traditional eliminators, the Real-Time Separator (RTS) delivers live, two-phase separation in a small, compact footprint.
Live Separation
In applications where a liquid flow contains entrained gas, the RTS will restructure the flow regime to a stratified flow and then separate the two phases in real time, under full flow conditions.
In a wet gas application, the RTS is able to remove liquid condensates, whether in aerosol form or in slugging, from gas without a disruption or delay in the flow.
Powerful Design
The RTS is designed to handle all varieties of line slugging that can be generated by varying elevations, hydrodynamic slugs, riser-based slugging as well as more predictable pigging slugs.
The RTS Series is highly durable as the full-bore design minimizes wear and prevents excessive maintenance.

Independent Certification
Extensive testing has been conducted on the RTS including independent validation at CEESI, the pre-eminent 3rd party flow testing lab in the U.S. Gas separation results were exceptional: +/-1%. The CEESI testing included 40 total data points (14 blind) for testing ranges.
